ARK's Rainbow doubles as both a fidget and a chew! Twist it, bend it, explore the different textures. At just .2" thick, it's perfect for those who prefer chewing on something thin. There are different textures on each side that provide varying sensory input. Use this oral sensory solution as a safe alternative to chewing on pencils, shirts, fingers, etc. and to help calm, focus, and self-regulate. XT/Medium Firm is the middle level, or "Xtra Tough." It's firmer, but still fairly chewy, recommended for moderate chewers. Each Rainbow measures about 6" wide, 3" tall, .2" thick including the texture, and .15" thick not counting the texture. Please note: because of how thin this chew is, even in XXT this is not a long lasting option for moderate to avid chewing.
